The villa rates displayed in the first page of the booking system are villa rates only based on two adults staying in the villa. The rate quoted does not include meal board charges nor boat transfers. Information on the 3-Meal Plan and Boat Transfers are available below.

3-Meal-Plan / Board Pricing

All guests who stay with us are placed on the 3-Meal Plan (or Board). For 2024, Board is charged at RM 340+ per adult (13 years +), RM 170+ per child (4-12 years) and meals are complimentary for infants (0-3 years). Board includes 3 meals – buffet breakfast, 2-course lunch and 3-course dinner – starting with the first meal served after you arrive at the resort. Drinks are billed separately and paid-for at check-out.

An extra adult buffet breakfast will be charged at RM 70+, an extra adult lunch at RM 100+. RM 35+ will be charged for an extra children’s breakfast and RM 50+ for any extra children’s lunch or dinner. 

Boat Transfer Pricing and Policies

The boat journey from Mersing Jetty to Batu Batu takes just 20 - 30 minutes in the resort’s speedboat in good weather. We typically schedule 1 - 2 return boat trips per day from Mersing to Pulau Tengah depending on occupancy and tides. Our boats have a maximum passenger capacity for safety reasons and the seats on each boat are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Single Trip – Adult RM 90+

  • Single Trip – Child (4 years +) RM 60+

  • Single Trip – Infant (Under 4 years) Free of Charge

If you wish to charter an additional transfer boat outside of the scheduled times, you may do so between 9am and 6pm (leaving Mersing or Batu Batu) if tide levels and boat availability allow.

Chartering Additional Boat during Usual Operation Hours (9am to 6pm):

Base Charter rate for 2 Pax — 700+ per single trip

  • extra Pax RM 50+

  • Infant (Under 4 years) Free of Charge

Marine Park Fees 

Marine Park Fees:

  • ADULT RM 5 / CHILD RM 2 FOR MALAYSIAN

  • ADULT RM 30 / CHILD RM 15 FOR NON-MALAYSIAN 

These fees are imposed by the Marine Parks Branch (Taman Laut Malaysia) for visitors entering the marine protected areas.
