With gentle flow yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra, science-led talks, movement, and time in nature, you’ll explore hormones, energy, sleep, nervous system regulation, gut health and the patterns that shape how you think, feel and respond in a way that feels practical, grounding, and easy to apply in your daily life.
